63560 - SRE/Maintenance Complex
This project includes the construction of a new Snow Removal Equipment and Maintenance Complex for the Chattanooga Municipal Airport Authority. The new 10,275 square feet facility features interior storage and repair bays, accessory storage rooms, offices, breakroom, and restrooms. There is an interior mezzanine level for storage and some support spaces. Adjacent to the interior spaces is a large, covered outdoor area for the storage of vehicles and equipment and a covered vehicle wash bay. This pre-engineered metal building will be equipped with large, insulated rolling doors, skylights, overhead hoist crane, sloped heavy duty slabs and an oil change / repair pit. Included are all support systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, generator, and fire protection equipment. Exterior features include a wraparound drive aisle, nine standard parking stalls for staff and guests, heavy duty concrete drive aisles and some asphalt paving, and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or in the specifications.
72432 - CHA South Terminal Ramp Rehab
The project consists of the reconstruction of existing asphalt surfaced aircraft ramp and vehicle parking lot. The proposed construction includes 22,600 square yards of concrete apron and 5,700 square yards of asphalt paving. The scope encompasses all sitework, erosion control, pavement removal, drainage installation, pavement installation, edge lighting, pavement markings, turfing and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or in the specifications.
